1. Introduction

This policy explains what personal information this service ("we", "the service") collects, why we collect it, and how you can exercise your rights over it.

3. Information we collect

We collect only the minimum necessary to run the service:

  • Email address — when you subscribe to the newsletter or create an account.
  • Display name and first name — when you set them in your profile.
  • Authentication credentials, stored securely so you can log back in.
  • Portfolio data you enter yourself — broker selection, holdings, transactions. Private to your account.
  • Standard technical logs, kept temporarily for security and abuse prevention.

We do not collect financial-account credentials, payment data, or identifying documents. The service never asks for your CCP number, brokerage credentials, or any document scan.

4. Legal basis

We rely on your consent for the newsletter; on contract performance for account features such as the portfolio; and on legitimate interest for the technical logs required to keep the service running and secure.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle support requests or restore mistaken deletions. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are retained for a limited time. You can request earlier deletion (see section 7).

6. Cookies and local storage

We use a small number of cookies and browser-storage entries strictly to keep you logged in, remember your language and theme preferences, and load live data. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, ad networks, or behavioural analytics that target you across other sites.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or outdated information.
  • Delete your account and the personal data attached to it.
  • Withdraw consent for the newsletter at any time (one click in any email or via the dashboard).

To exercise any of these rights, email the address in the Contact section of the footer. We respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Security

Connections to the site are encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing. No service is perfectly secure; if you discover a vulnerability, please report it confidentially.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Significant changes will be announced via the newsletter.
